1. The client is expected to maintain all solutions implemented by the consultant and submit monthly reports to Small Business Advocacy Center for confidential review and monitoring.
2. The client will earn new profits of at least three times the cost of the assistance in the next 12 months after the end of the assistance.
3. If those profits are not earned, the consultant will return for no cost to put changes in place that were missed.
