1. At leastTwo 1 to 1 ½ hour meetings with business owner, conducted by an MBA-degreed consultant with deep experience running and assisting small businesses
2. Completion of one or more self-assessments, by the owner, for discussion with the consultant
3. Interviews with key leaders, if warranted
4. Review of financial statements (non disclosure agreement provided)
Deliverables:
1. Documentation of business improvements needed
2. Prioritized action plan, which the owner may pursue on his or her own or with our services. (We make our living through our consulting services, but we absolutely will not hassle or pressure you. Our only focus is getting your business heading in the right direction.)
3. Verbal delivery of printed deliverables
Cost: $250, payable upon delivery of business diagnosis
Guarantee: After delivery of the business diagnosis, if you believe it is not completely worth the fee, you pay nothing.
