Answering Yes to this question is sobering, but almost every small business owner answers Yes. There is certainly not a way to wave a wand and make every bit of this problem go away. But the problem can be vastly improved. The various systems required to run a small business optimally do address the problem. (Remember, we're not talking about computer systems; rather it's the more important systems, the ones that run in people's minds, like the Accountability System.)
