Robert Anderson is a seasoned leader entrusted by business owners and their key leaders to take complete charge of operations, identifying harmful constraints and implementing solutions to restore long-term financial health. He served in various senior management roles in high-tech businesses with national and international presence. Since 1995 he has provided life-changing training and leadership to clients in the U.S. and Canada, serving as a consultant for International Profit Associates and in his own business located in northern Colorado.

Anderson’s success is based on a career-long practice of training businesspeople based on two convictions: First that the truth is always simple. Using this philosophy both in leadership coaching and writing, he brings the most complex financial and organizational concepts to people’s understanding so they may combat threats against their companies and livelihoods.

The second conviction of Anderson’s practice is that business leaders must not just evolve their thinking but modify their behavior in measurable ways. Much of Anderson’s business writing focuses on methods for leaders and their followers to regulate their behavior changes through self-imposed measurements.

After earning an MBA in 1988, Anderson focused his attention as a change agent reforming practices in high-tech businesses and later as a consultant to small businesses. During this time he created numerous learning guides, manuals and reference works to support the educational campaigns he headed.
